Our Mission
What if value engineering started at the beginning of a project instead of the end? We built Constructus around a simple hypothesis: when architects can see costs in real time throughout design, they make better decisions, clients move faster, and contractors receive drawings that actually build to budget. Solve it early. Solve it for architects. And you've solved it for everyone.
Why We Built This
Sarah built Constructus because she lived this problem. As a practicing architect, she watched projects she'd poured herself into come back from contractor bids over budget, then redesigning without any more clarity on costs. Constructus was born from that frustration and heartache, and from a simple insight: if architects could see costs as they design, they'd design better buildings, keep happier clients, and protect their margins.

Licensed architect. Constructus exists because Sarah got tired of designing blind to costs. She brings the subject matter expertise and firsthand understanding of the problem every architect faces: you can't design to a client's budget if you can't see what things cost.
