The Role

We're seeking an experienced Construction Cost Estimator to help build the next generation of estimation software. This isn't traditional estimating—you'll collaborate with our AI/ML team to develop, validate, and refine intelligent cost models that will serve thousands of AEC professionals.

How you will help:

• Develop and validate AI-powered cost models for residential, commercial, and institutional projects

• Build comprehensive material databases with regional cost adjustments

• Test platform accuracy against real-world construction costs

• Design estimation workflows that integrate with architectural design processes

• Ensure cost models reflect current market conditions and industry best practices

Who you are:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on construction cost estimating experience

• Proven track record across multiple project types

• Deep understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and assembly methods

• Experience with quantity takeoffs and estimation software

• Genuinely excited about using technology to solve industry problems

• Comfortable with rapid iteration and beta software testing

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with high tolerance for ambiguity

• Experience with digital construction tools or BIM software (preferred)
